TRAINFIRE (part 2)
STRIPPING OF M16 1. 'Firer strip weapon!' Reply 'Strip weapon sir!' 2. Take out magazine. 3. Cock rifle and check clear. 4. Switch to safe mode. 5. Pull out the take-down pin or push it out to break rifle into th '7' position. 6. Take out bolt carrier group first so that it would be easier to remove the charging handle. 7. Pull out th retaining pin from th bigger hole (from bolt carrier) 8. Take out the firing pin. 8. And then bolt camp pin which you can turn it vertically so that it can be taken out. 9. Remove the bolt which would just drop out easily. 10. Align them in order from th left. Magazine (in 'J' position), Charging handle, retaining pin, bolt carrier, firing pin, bolt camp pin, bolt with th rifle 'shielding' them in a '7' position. 11. 'Rifle stripped sir!' ASSEMBLING 1. 'Assemble rifle sir!' (adopt kneeling position!) 2. Put in bolt. Turn bolt carrier to 5 o'clock position. 3. Put in the bolt camp pim easily from vertical to horizontal. 4. Cover the hole/sides of the bolt carrier group and put in the firing pin 5. Put in the retaining pin from big hole to small hole. 6. Put in the charging handle halfway into the rifle and lock it up, so that it won't drop out. 8. Close the rifle, push take down pin. 9. In safe mode, so should not be able to pull th trigger. 'Safety mechanism check!' 10. switch 'safe' to 'semi', squeeze the trigger and a 'dia' sound. 'Firing Mechanism check!' 11. Squeeze trigger, full cock, release, should have a 'dia' sound. 'Sheer Mechanism Check!' 12. Sqeeze trigger put in magazine, close dust cover. 'Rifle assembled sir!' Loading Magazine 1. Take out magazine 'Empty magazine check!' 2. Place in pocket, take out a loaded magazine 'Loaded magazine check!' 3. Wait for sir's command ('And ready'), cock and change to safe mode. Unloading of Magazine (whole process in semi mode) 1. 'Unload weapon, sir!' 2. Take out magazine 'Loaded magazine check!' 3. Keep magazine in pocket, cock and check clear. 4. Squeeze trigger, take out empty magazine 'Empty magazine check!' 5. Put in magazine and then close dust cover. IA 1. Sir say situation 2. Change to safe, dust cover up and say 'IAIA (situation)' Situation No.1- Half/Double Feeding (when 2 bullet is stuck) 1. Cont from th IA. ^ 2. Take out magazine and put into pocket. 3. Cock and check clear rifle for rounds (see if got any bullers) in rifle to allow them t drop out. Making sure that it is facing down where th bullets are coming out.) 4. Switch back to semi, squeeze trigger. 5. put in magazine, cock one and cont. firing. Situation No.2- No Feeding (when bullet cannot go up) 1. Cont. from IA. 2. Slap the magazine and cock ONCE FULL. 3. Switch back to semi and tadaa cont on firing. Situation No.3- Empty Magazine 1. Cont. from IA. 2. Take out magazine 'Empty magazine check' 3. Put magazine in pocket, cock a few times. Look into chamber and 'Clear' 4. Switch to semi and aim forward, sqeeeze trigger. 5. Take out the loaded magazine 'Loaded Magazine check' Load in and COCK ONCE. 6. Cont. firing! Hmmm should be tht's all for trainfire. PLEASE CHANGE/EDIT IF THERE ARE MISTAKES ALRIGHT~ AND DO ADD ON ANY IMPT POINTS IF NOT MENTIONED :S I'm so sorry for putting up so late omg. Hi as I promised :DActually the chim title is 'OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS' of a M16 rifle hee hee. Effective Range - 300m (means you shoot will zhun) Maximum Effective Range - 460m (the furthest you will zhun) Maximum Range - 2653m (after this point, you can just pick up the MUZZLE from the ground :D) Muzzle Velocity (in simpler terms- bullet speed) - 990m/s Cyclic rate (how many "bullets" it can shoot) - 700-800 rounds/min The M16 is a LIGHT-WEIGHT (how true) rifle of 3.6kg with a full loaded magazine. Without magazine - 2.85kg So the magazine weight you calculate yourself. 0.75kg The barrel of M16 is aircooled. M16 is a semi and fully auto rifle :D Ammo (so cheem) 4 different types of 5.56mm rounds- BTBD Ball Rounds - for live firing Tracer Rounds - for night live firing Blank Rounds - for training purposes Drill Rounds - for practice purposes OK I'M done for the characteristics yay I can't believe that's all!
