i noe most of ur dun really like ncc lah

even if u wanna transfer cca u oso hav to wait until yr4

so y not just put in more effort?

and knocked down some of the guys

cos they failed their ucheck

its okay..

always can improve 1

but y there are just some ppl

K uhh guys.. Maybe u guys wont look
at this, but it doesnt matter. Just hope u guys
really, really, reflect on ourselves. As what wei han
mentioned, seriously, find some time, reflect on ourselves.
Bear in mind that drills is not as important
as attitude. Ur drills may be good, but attitude sucks,
whats the point. But if ur drills are bad, but u have a good
attitude, u will succeed sooner and later. It would be good if
both are good, which is rare. And pls.. Control ur anger,
dun be like me, keep shouting at the platoon for some uselessness.
Most importantly, dun no bear any grudges against any of ur
platoonmates. I dun care u buay song who, but just stop it.
Try to accept it, if u cant, try to change him. I dun want any of
u all to pinpoint who did what wrong. I rather u spend the time
u pinpointing/scolding people on trying to change the person.
