1. Remember to starch your collar Archive from here. Uh I'm slightly earlier compared to othr days today :) But the thing is, tmr need not fall in in PTKit. Fall in straight in No.4, no need bring blue skirt. 30 minutes of preparation should be enough (+ buffer time of about 5 minutes of trying to get outta class - I'm supposed to be writing 作文 leh!) First thing, I'm pleasantly surprised that you all kept the old password and username despite having a new URL. Second thing, typing your username reminds me of my Part A days (Alpha '06) and I feel old.Nevermind enough of that. Just saw Wai Guin's post (sorry it's a typo) about NCC. Okay, this issue is quite disheartening, and well, heartbreaking to a certain extent...So here's my say. #1: NCC is not a rubbish bin, and you all are not rubbish. Obviously we are NCC, a uniformed group (with guns) and the premier uniformed group in Singapore. Okay enough of HQ NCC propaganda haha. #2: No offence, but being in NCC beats being c**ped up in some room blowing some trumpet, playing some Chinese instrument that's off-tune, singing Do-Re-Mi all day, thinking about your next Chess move...and saying goodbye to manhood on the dancefloor (I can't think of what to say for the girls, so sorry!). Damn that was being rude. #3: If you see NCC as your 2nd home, and you're proud of it, keep it up. That's the way. After all, what do non-NCC people know about NCC?! #4: Sad to say, yes sometimes we have to clear other people's sh*t. I mean, no choice, right? Just complete the given set of tasks, and full stop. As long as you've completed the task, whatever criticism or scolding is invalid. Job done, if "roly-poly" is ranting at you, just ignore. #5: Your specialist (and me, from time to time) can shout "KNOCK IT DOWN!!!" to you, but get this straight, nobody in this school can put RVNCC down. #6: For the guys. You know what? A "Gold" Award practically solves everything, so work hard on it while I'm still here for the next 2 years (not that I'm going to die in 2013). ALL THE BEST!!! For the girls, ALL THE BEST TOO!!! #7: Be proud of yourself for enduring through all the physical and mental challenges, be proud of your platoonmates who've been by your side (in pumping position), be proud of your specialists for putting in the effort in training you. And most of all, be proud of RVNCC, we're still standing strong, and will emerge stronger. Alright, before this gets too long and emotional for me, I'd better stop here.  Hihi :D This is the design we (SHuimin, Huiping, Tina and I) came up for the plt tee. The shirt is black, with green wordings. And it's dri fit with collar. Ignore the middle shirt, just look at the two at the side. The one at the right is the front view, the one at the left is the back. Replace the "Huiping" with ur name, the rest should be the same. The stickmans are supposed to be soldiers in different positions, pumping, hentak, fall in, etc. And the front, under the "RVNCC♥" is supposed to be a rifle, in case u can't see. FOR GIRLSThis Tuesday's CCA act is some CCA orientation. No idea what it means, Annqing send down one. But whatever it is, we need to wear No.3, so yep. Aww it's been so long since we wore No.3. NCC Day anyone rmb?? Wonder if the guys need to fall in also :P Wear No.3 & take picture ok, (girls only) //although I wana take with the guys bcos a company picture from our (city hall) field trip went ~poof~ :( Nevermind that's besides the topic... Here's the Checklist from here. 1. BERET(understood)Always always always wear your bag on the right when moving around in No.3, be it sling bag (cannot slant over your uniform), bagpack only one arm - on the right shoulder. Yep that's all, do add on if there's more. I advise you all prepare ASAP, like by tonight, so if there's anything missing or something is wrong you all can go Beach Road immediately tmr to get the materials or something.
